Featuring new cupped flighting, the Patz Vortex™ Screw promotes fast blending of a consistent TMR without damaging feed. Patz patented baffles quickly and gently direct all feedstuffs around both screws from end to end, producing a thorough, consistent, quality ration, regardless of batch size.

Patz Vertical Mixers provide a true, consistent TMR!
The Patz Vertical Mixer combines large volumes of assorted material for a uniform mixed ration. Using two large vertical Vortex™ Screws, the ration is combined quickly and efficiently without crushing the ingredients.
Feed is pulled away from the bottom of the mixer walls by the specially designed Vortex™ Screws, allowing more material to fall as the screws rapidly lift the feed. The continuous lifting and falling action creates a thoroughly blended mixture of ingredients within a few minutes.
After mixing, the Vortex™ Screws move the TMR to the discharge area where it quickly exits the mixer for distribution.
