KIP (Keep-It-Patz) Package
Convert your current Patz ring drive silo unloader to an A1™ SERIES II Single Auger Silo Unloader.
You can keep your electric motor, electrical joint, ring-drive gearbox, drive ring, suspension arms, control panel with remote pushbutton station, tripod, cable and winch. The balance of the machine can be replaced with much less of an investment.
The A1™ SERIES II KIP package includes:
- High-performance auger

- Heavy-duty blower with 3-paddle impeller

Unloader sizes
Fits silos 12, 14, 16, 18, 20, 22 or 24 ft. (3.6, 4.3, 4.9, 5.5, 6.1, 6.7, 7.3 m).
Motors
7-1/2 and 10 hp. single and three phase.
Single Auger
Heavy-duty 10" (254 mm) high-capacity steel auger with 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick flighting.
Auger Knives
Special hardened steel.
Blower
26-inch (660 mm) high-capacity blower with impeller includes 3-cupped adjustable fixed or swinging paddles. 1/4" (6.4 mm) thick steel band.
