Baroun Century Farm in Reedsville, WI, has been in Jason Baroun's family for 130 years. Jason began milking 4 years ago in a rented facility and raises youngstock on the family farm.

Milk production increased 10 lbs per cow and components have really jumped. According to Jason, protein went from 2.8 to 3.1 and fat from 3.7 to 4.1. That's about a 10% increase on both.
